Katie Leytham is the founder of Aldercrest Group LLC, a woman-owned small business providing janitorial, landscaping, catering, construction, transportation, and facilities services to federal, state, and local government agencies.

With over six years of hands-on experience as a licensed General Contractor, Katie has successfully managed complex projects ranging from $150,000 to $3.2 million. Her expertise includes project management, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and delivering high-quality results.

After being diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), she designed Aldercrest Group with a fully remote oversight model. This allows low overhead, fast response, and competitive pricing while maintaining strong compliance and quality standards.

Aldercrest Group LLC is actively pursuing WOSB certification and is fully registered in SAM.gov. Katie is committed to building a reliable business that delivers exceptional service to government agencies..
