2022 – Storm Damage Restoration – $152,000
Full removal and replacement of roofing, decking, gutters, windows, tree trimming, truss repair, and associated structural work. Successfully managed complex coordination and multiple trades.
2019 – Major Structural Remodel – $3.2 Million
Complete roof, gutters, windows, and skylight replacement with structural reframing; wall collapse repair; and full interior remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, and all rooms. Demonstrated strong budget and schedule management.
